Hong Kong Willie has an alternative use for all those buoys, burlap, bottles, and signs surrounding the Hong Kong Willie shack. Joe Brown of Hong Kong Willie uses these nautical style decorations not only to cover that Hong Kong Willie truly works out of a shack but also that it use to be a retail sales outlet. Hong Kong Willie has no Retail Sales License and with live wires hanging from the ceiling not to mention many other violations, would take some time and money to get up to code.
